Kornelia Lohynova is an experienced teacher, supervisor, and international project coordinator at the Hotel Academy in Bratislava, Slovakia. She leads both online and onsite professional development courses and seminars for educators with a keen focus on Entrepreneurship Education, Project Based Learning and Social and Emotional Learning. Kornelia is an eTwinning ambassador and leads an online eTwinning group “Entrepreneurship in Education”.

Global Perspectives in the Geography Classroom
Petar Nikolić is an experienced teacher adviser specialising in Geography and English language teaching. With over 17 years of teaching experience at secondary schools in Croatia, he is recognised for his innovative contributions to education, including serving as an eTwinning ambassador and a senior ambassador for the European Parliament Ambassador School programme. He is actively involved in managing and coordinating Erasmus+ projects, UNESCO ASPNet network programmes, and various other international collaborations. He has received national awards for his excellence in teaching and project management.

Christiana Matentsidou is a secondary education teacher from Thessaloniki, Greece, with over a decade of teaching experience in public education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and a Master’s degree in “Advanced Computer & Communication Systems” from AUTh’s School of Electrical & Computer Engineering, specializing in audiovisual technologies for production and education.
Dedicated to fostering student engagement in mathematics and sciences, she incorporates interdisciplinary and interactive methods into her teaching. She has led European eTwinning projects and cultural initiatives recognized with prestigious awards, promoting technology-enhanced learning aligned with contemporary educational advancements and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
As a speaker at national and international educational conferences, she shares best practices primarily in STEM education, emphasizing the integration of science, technology, future skills, and international collaboration to prepare students for the challenges of a technology-driven future.

Dajana Jelavić is an EFL teacher mentor at Jure Kaštelan High School in Omiš, Croatia, with over 30 years of experience, primarily in vocational programs. She has received national recognition for her eTwinning project and coordinated Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects at her school.
Recently, she has developed courses for Europass Teacher Academy, “Inclusive Teaching with AI” , “SEL in the Digital Age” and „Digital Sustainability“. Her work focuses on innovative teaching methods, integrating AI into curricula, and leveraging technology to enhance learning and inclusion.

Carol Barriuso is an English teacher, teacher trainer, and EdTech educator passionate about fostering innovative and collaborative learning. As an eTwinning Ambassadress and Moderator, she helps like-minded teachers connect and engage in meaningful cross-border projects.
With a MasterRes in eLearning and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, she has dedicated her career to advancing language education. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Cognitive Science and Language, focusing on language learning through the eTwinning platform—exploring how collaboration and technology can transform education.

Girls, Coding and micro:bit
Pauline Maas is teaching coding with children for 20 years. She started her career in ICT in 1984 and switched to teaching in 2005 to get more girls into ICT. For 2 days a week she is teaching at a school for Visual Impaired students with the school’s motto being: “What is possible.”
The rest of her time she is giving workshops and lectures about coding in school. Her 5th book (Invent to Learn Guide with the micro:bit) was launched January 23 and a new extension of this book (with 10 projects to make in the classroom within 1 hour) is on the way.
